Terms of Service Privacy Policy Refund & Credit Policy Compliance Disclaimer Questions & Requests

Terms of Service

Use StablePayOps for truthful, lawful recordkeeping.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using StablePayOps, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Credit Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must not use the service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Service scope

StablePayOps provides read-only blockchain lookup, reconciliation, documentation, classification, evidence-list, export, and workflow tools. Outputs are user-generated working papers intended for internal records and professional review.

StablePayOps does not receive, hold, transmit, exchange, convert, invest, settle, or control fiat currency, stablecoins, cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets. We do not request private keys, seed phrases, wallet signatures, exchange passwords, bank credentials, or custody access.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate registration information, a secure password, access to your email account, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification for a new device, location, or unusual sign-in.

4. Truthful and lawful use

You must not use StablePayOps to create, assist, or preserve misleading records, including:

  • false invoices, counterparties, dates, amounts, purposes, or transaction narratives;
  • fabricated transactions or documents for events that did not occur;
  • tax evasion, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, theft, bribery, or prohibited activity;
  • misrepresentation of beneficial ownership, source of funds, or destination of funds;
  • interference with the service, automated abuse, credential attacks, or unauthorized access.

5. User information and public-chain facts

You remain responsible for information you enter and for verifying public-chain facts, counterparties, invoices, economic purpose, tax treatment, sanctions exposure, and reporting obligations. A transaction hash or wallet address does not, by itself, establish the legal identity of a counterparty.

6. Credits and paid access

Credits are limited, non-transferable rights to use StablePayOps features. They are not money, stored value, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a security, or a claim against customer funds. Free, purchased, and referral credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside StablePayOps.

Current balances do not expire or reset each month. We may change future pricing or credit grants with prospective notice, but will not silently remove an existing valid purchased balance except for refunds, reversals, fraud, duplicate grants, chargebacks, legal requirements, or correction of an error.

7. Third-party services

StablePayOps may rely on public blockchain explorers, hosting providers, email delivery providers, and PayPal. Their availability, data, and terms are outside our control. A link to a third party does not mean StablePayOps verifies or endorses it.

When stablecoin payment is available, you must send only the displayed asset on the displayed network to the displayed public address. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. StablePayOps cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect address, contract, network, or unsupported asset.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risks, false documentation, sanctions concerns, legal obligations, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may request clarification before taking final action.

9. No professional advice or official proof

StablePayOps does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, AML, sanctions, investment, payment, or financial advice. Generated records are not proof of payment, tax filings, audit opinions, legal opinions, accounting opinions, or compliance certifications. Qualified professionals should review material decisions and filings.

10. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free third-party data, acceptance by any authority, or fitness for a particular legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory purpose.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StablePayOps and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, regulatory, tax, reputational, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on user-provided or third-party data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and contact-first dispute handling

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or policy version. Continued use after notice may require renewed acceptance. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Mandatory laws and rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Privacy Policy

We collect what is needed to operate and secure the workspace.

1. Who operates this service

StablePayOps is provided through hxcarbon.com. Privacy and data requests may be sent to wyht@hxcarbon.com.

2. Information we collect

  • account information, including email address, password hash, verification status, and account dates;
  • security information, including session identifiers, trusted-device hashes, IP address, user agent, and sign-in activity;
  • records you choose to save, including public transaction hashes, wallet addresses, invoice references, business context, classifications, and notes;
  • order information, including package, amount, order status, payment provider, PayPal receipt or public blockchain transaction reference, and optional payer email;
  • support messages and the reply email you provide;
  • country-level location estimates derived from an IP address, stored as a two-letter country code without city or precise coordinates;
  • limited product events, such as completing onboarding, looking up a transaction, generating a memo, exporting a file, or starting a purchase;
  • essential technical logs used to operate, secure, diagnose, and prevent abuse of the service.

Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. StablePayOps does not ask for or need wallet private keys, seed phrases, or exchange login credentials.

3. Local browser data

Some single-record history and working data may remain in your browser's local storage. Data kept only in your browser is not sent to StablePayOps unless you submit, save, or export through a server-backed feature. Clearing browser storage may remove local-only records.

4. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver verification emails, provide saved projects and credits, verify submitted payments, prevent duplicate grants and abuse, understand where early users stop in the workflow, measure country-level adoption, answer support requests, maintain service reliability, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by infrastructure and email providers needed to run the service. Public transaction lookups are requested from supported Blockscout explorer services. A country lookup provider may receive an IP address to return a country code; StablePayOps stores only the resulting country code and an irreversible IP hash cache for this purpose. Payments are completed on PayPal, which processes payment data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

StablePayOps and its service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where applicable, we use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational measures for international transfers.

7. Retention

We retain account, order, acceptance, security, and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support and saved-project data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Public blockchain information remains on the underlying network and is not controlled by StablePayOps.

When you close an account through account settings, active sessions, trusted-device records, saved projects, and login credentials are removed. Records that must be retained for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal acceptance, accounting, or dispute handling are separated from the closed login identity and anonymized where reasonably possible.

8. Cookies and similar storage

The service uses essential session, device-security, visitor-credit, referral, and local-workspace storage. These are used for requested functionality and security, not third-party advertising.

9. Country estimates and product analytics

Country information is approximate and may be incorrect when a user connects through a VPN, proxy, corporate gateway, mobile carrier, or privacy relay. We do not request browser geolocation permission and do not use country analytics to determine identity, legal residence, nationality, sanctions status, or tax residence. Product events are limited to workflow actions and do not include wallet private keys, passwords, memo text, invoice contents, or business-purpose text.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information. Signed-in users can download an account-data copy and request account closure from account settings. Other requests may be sent to wyht@hxcarbon.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where lawfully required.

11. Security and children

We use access controls, hashed credentials, email verification, device checks, HTTPS, and operational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. The service is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone who cannot legally agree to these policies.

Refund & Credit Policy

Unused purchased credits can be reviewed for refund.

1. Request window

You may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 14 calendar days after the payment is confirmed by StablePayOps. Send the account email, order reference, payment transaction ID, and reason to wyht@hxcarbon.com.

2. Used and unused credits

Credits consumed to create, save, fetch, reconcile, or export unique records represent service already supplied and are generally non-refundable. If part of a purchased package remains unused, an approved partial refund is calculated proportionally from the amount actually paid for that package and the unused purchased credits remaining.

3. Full refund situations

We will review requests involving duplicate charges, payment confirmed without the promised credits being granted, or an unauthorized transaction reported with appropriate supporting information. PayPal may separately apply its own dispute, chargeback, and refund procedures.

Approved stablecoin refunds require manual review of the original public transaction and a verified return address. Network fees, third-party fees, and value changes outside StablePayOps are not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Non-refundable balances

Free registration credits, guest credits, referral rewards, promotional credits, and credits already used are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.

5. Reversals and referral rewards

When a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, duplicated, or found fraudulent, StablePayOps may remove the corresponding unused purchased credits and any referral reward created by that payment. If an account has insufficient unused credits, access may be restricted while the balance is reviewed.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Provider processing times and currency conversion are outside our control. We aim to respond to complete refund requests within five business days.

7. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
